CommentDefault scanner driver does not support it yet; there is a hack-like approach that works to a degree and is based on scanner module. No web site (yet) for the project, I think.

2000-05-25 09:25:18 Check out gphoto (www.gphoto.org). USB support is included for powershot cameras in the latest development version. Support for these cameras is working but not 100% stable yet. Check the gphoto-devel mailing-list for more information.
