CommentThis camera (and other cameras with ov6620 sensors) works well with the latest (1.29) driver. The image quality is better in some cases than other ov511 cameras, although the max resolution is only 352x288.

2004-03-22 23:17:15 For those of you here looking for info on the C110: The DSB-C110 is not compatible with the C100. The C110 uses the divio NW800 chipset and works with the "nw802" driver at http://nw802.sourceforge.net/news.html. Follow the instructions for the "SpaceCam"...

2001-05-17 19:51:28 I get a totally RED image (red monochrome) with the latest driver plugged into RedHat 7.1. I was wondering if any other settings were required. XawTv gives me nothing (and XawTv does not give me the slider to change "color" - I know that it was there before, but ... I use "vidcat" to grab the image (albeit RED). Thanks ahead for any help. 2000-12-30 05:41:28 Some usage notes: 1. You must manually turn down the saturation (color) setting all the way. Most applications (i.e. xawtv) let you do this. 2. There might be a delay of a few seconds after starting capture before the image has stabilized and reached full brightness 3. There is some slight image corruption when viewing moving objects.
